Great workout hat for exercise and fitness
When that built in hat God gave you falls out (when you're bald lol) you need something to protect your skin while you run. Lots of sunscreen to choose from or this hat which unlike other headwear is so light you don't see it, blows through anything and wicks sweat better than any headband I've ever had. I have a very large bowler hat and it fits me perfectly on the highest setting. Love it.
