Rubber peels off and won't snag

This kitchen helper is useless in my opinion. It seems like the inner rubber grip can never stay still when trying to open something (the tool just spins around the lid of what I'm trying to open). When I tried using it on some of the grooved surfaces the inner rubber just peeled off. I don't recommend it at all.

Pros

IMPROVED GRIP - Soft TRP rubber with an inner layer that adheres tightly to the lid, increasing strength and stability when opening the lid.
