I bought these liqueurs because I make a lot of homemade liqueurs by infusing Everclear (190% alcohol) with various things including fine herbs and spices. everything so filtering can be time consuming and tedious. I used packets for the last batch I made which contained a lot of smaller herbs and spices which tend to leave fine particles in the liquid. Using these sachets (infused for two weeks) reduced filtration time significantly: it was truly amazing how much trouble these sachets had saved me. Definitely recommend.
