I have purchased several of these cases for my iPads in the past and have been pleased with their appearance and functionality. The one I got last year was worn out, the inner lining broke and the sleeping function was irregular. I bought a replacement case and the quality seems to have changed. The lid has warped so it doesn't fit flat on the iPad. The only way to keep the lid flush with the iPad is to keep it closed with a strap. Not sure if something heavy was stored on the lid causing it to warp in the middle. Now I'm trying to align the cover by putting some magazines on top. At least the sleep function works stably. Revised review: Customer service was very responsive. They sent me a replacement case and it works great. The cover no longer warps. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Will continue to buy this brand in the future as the seller stands by their product.
