Q360 is a powerful, stable system and the support is great. The system has a lot to offer and is great for the more complex business operations. The system is a little complex and not particularly great for the more novice admin. The training is a little on the brief side and the system is not always the best for the more novice admin. I don't know of anything I dislike about this program. We've solved all of our needs with this product.
