Order a size up from what you normally wear. I wear an XL, I got an XL. I opened it and thought "great, this might fit on a child". Luckily, they have a whole lot of stretch, but I can't say the digging elastic is ultra comfortable. Order up.

- The waistband rolls down during exercise, making it difficult to focus on movements
