Has met all expectations so far

I ordered this wok a long time ago, I wanted to use it more than once before writing a review. I've cooked a few dishes with it and it worked great. The handle had to be fitted when it arrived but it was very easy and a screwdriver is supplied with the wok. It's very wide/big on my stove. (I took photos on the stove, to see what I'm talking about). I have a regular stovetop and it would be very difficult to use reverse firing at the same time as the wok. The lower heating surface of the wok is optimally matched to the burner. So far I've seen all my dishes that I've cooked on the wok also cook on heat. It also worked very well as a non-stick coating, even without the addition of an additional type of cooking oil. (Short video attached showing how I cook ground beef) I also wanted something that was easy to clean, which it did. I used some soap and hot water and then just wiped it dry. I didn't use a cleaning brush, nor put it in the dishwasher. During the first cleaning, a black film came off my surface (see photo). I have not noticed similar residues with other cleanings. It also worked very well as a non-stick coating, even without the addition of an additional type of cooking oil. Pros
