Fits a small bag

I bought this bag to use as a travel bag for my medical gear. It's nice and easy for my husband to carry in the car for me and use in the back of my wheelchair. The only issue I have is that you either have to remove the strap from the case and stow it in the bag, or leave it on. . The shoulder strap is not adjustable. I don't use it for everyday use around town.
