Very strong and secure for mask straps

I have used these cord locks on my fabric behind my head strap masks. I got tired of tying the laces of the mask behind my head and making the mask snug enough but not too tight. So I bought these locks so the mask laces can be easily tightened. It's quite difficult to thread flimsy cords through the cord holes in it, but once pulled through you have a strong, easily adjustable mask fitting system. However, I had to use a special tool (a paperclip) to thread the mask straps through the cord holes.
