I hate mixing these powders with drinks so the flavorless capsules are a life saver. I usually take them at night, so I don't really notice a difference in energy levels or anything, but I do notice that I lose more weight when I take them. My blood test in my morning shoes. I'm fine with ketosis. I really think they help. I can't prove this clinically, but I can only compare my weight loss results to the days/nights I didn't take the capsules.
