The fact that it does not only look at call quality but also other aspects of the VoIP service (such as speed, latency etc) makes this tool very useful. It has been easy to use for our employees who are used to using Windows desktop applications and have little experience with SaaS offerings. The interface could be more intuitive/user-friendly overall, especially if there were an option of downloading data in reports or CSV files from the dashboard itself. We've seen improvements across the board since implementing the solution - call volume reduced by almost half within just one month!
