I have been using it for many years and not for coloring to protect my natural gray hair as I perm several times a year and have done so for most of my life. Always cleans and cares perfectly. Great shine! If there is a fragrance, it is subtle. My preference is odorless, ie allergies. Too many people tend to overdo it with scents, which is difficult for people with allergies. We noticed that the box was in very poor condition. Someone appeared, opened it and resealed it. Neither the bottles with protection nor the cap of the shampoo have been opened or leaked. You could use bubble bags and more as the large box only contains 4 items. They were pushed. It's possible that whoever saw the wet floor removed any protective packaging that was likely in disarray. All items had shampoo on them and luckily nothing was damaged. By the way, I also use their mousse!
