Review on π Small Boys' Tipsy Elves Sweater in Child Clothing - Sweaters by Ryan Person
The size chart is not correct at all.
I asked to check the measurements here because the Tipsy Elves website says 19" all around. The rep assured me it WAS 19 INCHES, which is 9.5 inches in the front and 9.5 inches in the back. It seemed very small to me, so I chose the Youth XL size for my child. Well it's not 19 inches but 38 inches and massive for my kid. Very disappointed and upset that the brand doesn't even know how to present their own products.
