I don't know what's wrong but I read online how to size the belt and the guide says the waist size is around 2 inches is increased. I wear a size 34 signature polo jean. I received this belt in a size 36 and it's too small. I can barely close the very last hole and it doesn't have a belt protrusion so I can't wear it. This is really disappointing because otherwise I like the strap. This is a quality belt but I don't know if the instructions I found online are wrong or if my polo jeans or belt are the wrong size. I don't have a tape measure to check.
