We have been using this product for over two years and it works as described. Pros: Great and easy to use to move large/heavy items around the house, preferably on the same floor. Not well suited for moving large/heavy objects across the floor or on an incline. The best option when you need to transport items across floors are shoulder carts. Heavy, bulky items are safe, efficient and easier like the pros - essential items to move - the LD1000, which distributes the weight across the shoulders and back instead of the forearms.
