Our son uses our iPad2 to watch shows when we are not at home but he is slowly dying and playing up. We chose it based on a lot of great reviews, it had the options we wanted and the price was good. We've added a 32g SD card and a kid-sized protective case, and we're good to go! It's fast and as easy to use as an iPad. Some people complain that the screen resolution isn't great, but to be honest I don't really notice it. The camera isn't as good as my iPhone, but I don't intend to take photos with it. In general I am very happy. This is perfect for what we wanted!
