I will strive to update this as time goes but as far as first impressions. I am a AFAB person with a 32 inch ribcage/underbust and a 44 inch bust. I'm 5'5 and 180 lbs ish. I bought a 3XL. It fits and does the job better than I expected. It seems secure. I have it on the largest set of hooks and eyes but that's okay because I intend to lose some weight. It gives me some armpit lumps but with a shirt on their unnoticeable. I like it so far.
