The thing works great and the sound quality is way better than you would expect from a wireless mic at this price point. Very easy to set up and use and the range for me was over 40ft. I haven't found the maximum range yet. My only complaint is that the power buttons are on the face of both the transmitter and receiver and are easy to accidentally press. I found the devices a couple of times when I opened my camera bag because they just got pushed to the side of the bag during transport. I found a small plastic case to store the receiver because it's the worst thing for it. I suggest the manufacturer to sink the power buttons or make it a bit harder to accidentally turn on.
