You don't have to look at multiple sites or apps for your program administration -- it's streamlined through their system which makes things easier as well since everything runs very smoothly there now (as opposed from earlier when we were using different platforms).

The customer service team was slow but efficient once they got familiar with what you're looking forward too help them provide that experience/support while helping us setup some new stuff internally - I think this will be resolved soon though because these guys are working hard!! And most importantly its been great adding those incentives throughout every level within my organization!
