I am very pleased with this gadget, not to mention top notch marketing/packaging! I'm not sure some of the other reviewers really know what they're talking about, but nuts don't have to just climb over the end of a hose. I used digital calipers to compare this fitting to a more expensive one and they agreed. So if you're having trouble, something is wrong with your process. I use a layer of tape and some lube and they slide right off. This fitting connects easily and doesn't leak! Thank you Evil Energy!
