Review on 🔥 BIO IONIC Goldpro Flat and Curling Iron by Kelly Dorsey

Bought this iron at the end of November 2020. It is NOT used daily about 3, maybe 4 times a week. I have very fine shoulder length hair so straightening doesn't take long. I plugged it in and turned it on this morning and after numerous attempts I couldn't get it to get warm and the top plate doesn't even get hot. It then ends with the heating process being started over and over again. But it does NOT get hot enough to be effective. The temperature scale says 450 degrees but as you can see from the photos I can touch the panel it's NOT hot. I've never seen an iron fail so quickly.
