This replacement lens worked great! I will say if you are thinking of fixing the glass on your iPad, it is best to be a patient person. It's a long-term project. If the screen is broken, you will pick out the glass piece by piece. I used a hair dryer and it seems to loosen the glue pretty well. Also, you will have splinters, make sure you have a workspace that you can easily clean up. I used the towel and then threw it away. The last part, the digitizer, try to get it out of the way as quickly as possible. I had to bring a damp cloth because of all the rubbish. Cleaning the digitizer is not recommended (judging by the pages visited). The only issue I had was that the cable for the button seemed a bit long. I rate this project about an 8 on the PIA scale.
