Review on MSC International 88233 Simply Strawberry by Christopher Gotcher

We bought this to try to cut strawberries more efficiently for breakfast, dessert, etc. In theory, this is a great tool. However, it only works well under certain circumstances. The strawberries you want to cut should be very firm and medium to small in size. When the strawberries soften a little, the tool will crush the strawberries since the blades are not very sharp. Also, if the strawberry is larger than the indentation, the excess will ooze out and the cut won't come out clean. It's definitely a cool idea for a kitchen gadget, but the actual design leaves a lot to be desired.
