Worked great for my custom application

Used this to connect a B&M derailleur to a C6 gearbox. Works great but remember you need to keep creases to a minimum. If the turns get too sharp, you'll get stuck. But I suspect that it will be the same with every shift cable. I've been forced to run this relatively close to my headers, but that doesn't seem to affect it in any way.
