I waited weeks for my hat bill saver to arrive to wash it on the top rack of the dishwasher, no change.Simply put, A hat you can't wear in the heat is worthless. hence the 1 star.XL hat fit, for whatever that is worth. Their dye is just terrible. I don't know if washing it first to pre-fade it would help or not
