This fryer does what it says on the tin. I've been using this air fryer daily for the past 6 months to prepare nutritious restaurant style meals, especially when none of the local restaurants were open. Because the air fryer is a good size for the volume of the food, it takes up a little more countertop space than I originally anticipated. I found that there are two very small issues (I solved BOTH) after using it for a few days. First, the heat from the fryer in the back caused the wall/back panel to get hot unless you had good ventilation. I need to move the fryer away from the wall so the hot air can escape better without heating the wall too much. Second, the front glass door is a bit heavier than I expected and I was concerned about the glass door. The weight can cause the door hinge to break if you don't have a countertop support. But moving the fryer away from the wall to allow the hot air to escape doesn't leave much room to support the heavier glass door. I solved both problems by rotating my Instant Pot Air Fryer 45 degrees. Now my work surface is going from 25 inches (inches) to 32 inches (diagonal) and I have found the space I need to lower the oven door without damaging the door hinge and also the hot air can escape easily without breaking the wall to heat up / apron. See image. Think about these things before you buy, e.g. B. where you want to mount this hot air fryer so you have space to vent hot air and also have space to support the front glass door. Incidentally, my daughter, who recently returned to college but had limited access to the school cafeteria/meal plans, purchased this Instant Pot Instant Vortex Pro 9-in-1 Air Fryer for her apartment. Now she and her roommate use it to make nutritious meals alongside microwaveable pizza, macaroni and cheese. I would say it's good for students who have no kitchen experience.
