Review on Enhance Lighting with Godox AD-S2 Standard Reflector and Soft Diffuser for Godox AD300 Pro, AD200 Pro, AD200PRO, AD200, AD180, AD360, and AD360II Flashes by Maggie Bortolussi

I really liked my Godox products (TT685N and two AD200) until one of the AD200 stopped manual syncing (works great in TTL). After three weeks and five emails, Godox has not responded to my requests for help. The only way to call them is international so that's not an option. I ended up contacting Revain support and they tried to contact Godox with the same result as me. Nada. Revain was kind enough to refund AD200. Since I really like the system, I will be buying all the components from the Adorama Evolv range in the future (exactly the same system, just great customer support). I recommend staying away from Godox branded products as sometimes things stop working and it's good to know you can ask for help. I gave the AD200 two stars because the device itself (excluding crashes) deserves a 5 and the customer service deserves a -3. I broke my abacus, my slide rule, and counted on my toes, and the total came to two.
