Crumpled, folded and crumpled!
The bag is beautiful. It was crushed, folded and crumpled. The skin will not look like the photo, if at all. I was very disappointed. It's such a good bag and it's almost ruined by lousy careless storage and transport. What a waste. I will keep it, but I will not buy from this manufacturer again. I couldn't believe they felt this way.
