It looks like some kind of container.
It seems to be some kind of container designed to collect things. The design has a bottom and sides but no top so you can easily put everything you need inside. Be careful. Things larger than this container will not fit in this container. Also, the container is useless if turned upside down. It's a bit helpful as an aside, but I don't think it's the optimal setting. Came without instructions which is annoying. Luckily I have Yahoo to search for things like this. Can also serve as a glass of whiskey if motivated.
