The air hardly blows.
At first I thought the polarity in the plug was reversed causing the fan to work in the opposite direction, but it wasn't. It spins in the right direction, but it just won't blow air. I heated and bent the plastic wings to raise the pitch and now I'm getting some air out. But a bit.
