I've tried different foundations but I mostly use the ones for acne because the ones that aren't made for acne don't seem to be effective enough. But over-the-counter acne toners are really harsh and can even burn your skin if you're not careful. I really enjoy using this fermented tonic so far. It gives my skin a slightly tingly, fresh feeling that I love, without any redness or skin irritation afterwards. I was able to use this twice a day with no problem and it was a pleasure to use after removing my makeup. $22 seems a bit pricey, but it's nice and encourages me to take care of my skin, so maybe it's worth it.
