Review on Jetpack by Tommy Willis

I like that this software is easy to use, it has an intuitive interface, and is very helpful in getting all the necessary information for my organization. It also allows me to see what other organizations have done with their jetpacks and how they are using them. The only thing I do not like about this software is that it can be a bit buggy at times. Sometimes it does not load correctly, or it takes a long time to load when you first open it up. This is something that I am working on fixing, but it would help if there was more support from Jetpack. I highly recommend this software because it makes things easier for our organization. We are able to quickly access all of the information we need without having to wait for reports to come back from our surveyors. We are also able to look at other organizations' implementation of jetpacks to learn from them and implement those ideas into our own program. The customer service is top notch, the implementation was seamless. I have no complaints about the product or implementation. It has been an excellent experience so far! We are still working out some kinks but we are confident that they will be resolved soon. We were looking for a way to streamline our survey process and this has done just that. We can now efficiently track surveys from start to finish.
