Works well, especially for scrapbooking. I wouldn't recommend using this on small pieces of paper as it's a bit big and the adhesive on a smaller piece of paper/material/etc. hard to solve, but it's good and gets the job done. Not to mention I have plenty of these now so I can go to town with them haha.
