I like that it is easy for my students or clients who have access to computers around town with no internet connectivity - they can still take advantage of all our software offerings! There are some limitations when you're not in an office environment where there's always wifi but even those restrictions aren't as bad anymore than any other web-based solution out there (unless your course requires video).

It doesn’t support mobile devices very well so we had limited options if someone could only use cell phones because most employees don’t carry laptops everywhere anyways. We also didn't know how many people were using each version until after purchasing; this was concerning since upgrades weren't free either unless paying customers upgraded through us first. The ease of setting up new trainings without having staff present helps keep costs down while providing great services across multiple states too.
