I got this for my dad who has end stage COPD. We needed something light and easy to use (without many buttons) that my mum who takes care of him could carry in her pocket and my dad could easily press a button to communicate while in different rooms . Great product and I recommend it, but the manufacturer suggests a voice upgrade that welcomes you, warns you when the battery is low, and changes the channel to use a clearer voice for English instructions. The Asian accented voice is very strong and very difficult to understand. So much so that if you try to get both on the same channels you can barely make out the number saying it. Other than that, this product was great.
