The most important thing for us as an agency working with clients in various industries was to have one place where we can store all of our client data together. This way it made things so much easier when presenting new solutions or ideas at meetings! I wish there were more options such as having different layouts available depending upon what industry you're dealing with - this could add even further value by helping users quickly find exactly which layout would be best suited to their needs while still keeping everything organised neatly under each category. Maybe if they had some sort of 'learning' option? It definitely has helped me out loads when creating content/ideas using other people's info from LinkedIn etc., but also helps keep my own information up-to date too.
