The ability to have our customers shop from anywhere we are able to get them online. It's easy for employees in different time zones to work together as well. We've been able to save some money by not having to keep an office open during normal business hours. I would like it if they could add more features or make improvements but so far no issues that stand out at this point. Our customer service department can be located around the globe which helps with keeping up with their needs. The customer service team are very responsive to any questions I have about my account and they always go above and beyond for me! There's nothing really too good to say - it just works well with their payment gateway (Stripe). We've been using this solution since around 2016 and we're still very happy customers - great support from start to finish. They do everything you need them to so that your business can focus on running your own online store.
