I bought this for my recent trip to Turkey. I like sitting by the window so I need a bag that fits under the front seat so I can access my gear in flight and still have legroom. I use the Osprey 35 for my overland/hiking/nature trips, but I needed something more stylish for upscale 5 star hotel trips. I looked at the TUMI case, but not only is it a lot more expensive, it also doesn't have all the features that this case has. It contains my pillow, blanket, small set of toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, hand sanitizer, lip balm), passports, vaccination cards, boarding passes, printed itinerary, masks, phone charger, cable, Fit Beats headphones, pen and notepad. and my TSA complaint bag. And it fits right in my pannier, it's light so it doesn't weigh a ton when loaded. And I got caught in the rain but kept everything dry, not to mention it's 100% waterproof, but my stuff didn't get wet. I don't take my laptop with me when I travel around the world but you can definitely stash one as there is a compartment for one.
