I've made several things with these - from cookies to kielbasa - and they work great. I love having the handles that make it so much easier to grip! My older pans could be slippery with my pot holders, but I held on to my old pans anyway. I wish I hadn't waited to buy these. The only thing that would make these better is if the handles were also heat-resistant, but I don't know if the technology is there yet. I also love that the set comes in 3 sizes. We don't always need the large batches. I think these are great and they really do make baking things a bit easier.
