This time after installing these cartridges the colors I installed did not print and after checking the nozzles the colors still did not appear and after cleaning the print head the same. Result. So I'm not sure what happened because they have worked in the past when I used to buy them. After I bought and installed new cartridges, my printer works great. Unfortunately I had to send these cartridges back. I would like to add that I believe this was a one off issue and the company has contacted me on several occasions to try to refund my money or do their best to fix it. They definitely cared and tried everything. So if you get them and they don't work for you, at least you have a chance to ask for help.
