Good filter but large o-ring didn't fit, it was too big

I ordered this for my '99 Triumph Trophy 1200. and worked fine. The small O-ring fits well. However, the large O-ring was too big and didn't fit. K&N - IMHO you lost two stars because the large o-ring is not fit for purpose.
