I have sensitive skin, bp and other occasional problems depending on the weather. To be honest I was shocked that they work. I wasn't expecting much and it was cheap enough that I was willing to give it a try. So when I saw the dead skin on my glove and body, I groaned and moaned like I was in a commercial. Do not use with soap. Soak in the bath for a while or have hot water rinse over you and then air dry for about 30 seconds. Then go to town. You have to go through the locations more than once and there is a learning curve. But it's worth it. Some said not to use it on my face, but I ignored it for scientific reasons. I didn't press as hard and gently stroked my face with the unused side of my glove. Won't cross contaminate my face. After full application I used a gentle cream soap and moistened it with gel oil. I wouldn't shave the same day I use it, but I'm sure other people without sensitive skin could do it. Highly recommended. Be sure to buy them.
