The price is right but I'm not sure if it's the bottom. I ran into a few issues that made me wonder if I wanted to keep using it. First, if you put it on the ground so the bubbles float to the top, unfortunately the rocks will close it and block the light. Second, despite best efforts, the hose barely stays connected. Third, when I stick a flashlight to the side, the light is almost blinding when you look into her forehead. The device itself is small even in my 10 liter tank. I think it would be better if the lights extended from one end to the other but I would have to buy 2 more or even 3. Having 4 units would be expensive so if you don't have a specific application you can think about your solutions or consider how to secure this in another aquarium decoration so that it works effectively. The remote worked as expected.
