I like that all data centers have an access point now without having to go in separate places or pay extra fees! It's easy enough for new employees who don't know how much equipment costs but do understand what they need to get their job done. All departments can see one place everything related to our IT infrastructure management needs which has helped tremendously when trying to determine if we're at capacity. Nothing specific right off hand. Maybe some improvements could help us better track projects/tasks? We use this system daily to keep tabs on our inventory levels and make sure everyone understands their roles within each department (i.e., Network / Security).
