Works well with Lenovo X1 Carbon (6th Gen) - the laptop's native HDMI port only supports 4K @ 30Hz - Thunderbolt port for laptop with this unit : 4K@60Hz Monitor: Samsung 4K TVTook I haven't been able to find this unit on Revain for a long time. Most devices like this only support 4K at 30Hz (which would make it pointless since you could just use a laptop's HDMI port). Selecting this option allowed viewing on a TV/monitor only. Something that was not possible with a laptop HMDI port. Had to manually adjust the screen resolution in Windows 10 as it didn't seem to want to work on its own. I also had to set my Samsung TV to use "PC mode" to get crisp text on documents. Without them, the text looked blurry.
