It makes hiring so much easier for our team of recruiters - we can filter and search by location, job title and qualification all in one place. The support is great too. Whenever I have had an issue or question they are quick to respond back via email or phone call. Nothing really but it's always nice when you're working with such a professional organization that puts their customer first. If there was something that could be improved, I cannot think of anything at this time. We use ZP2 hire in conjunction with our recruitment software from another vendor. This allows us to upload resumes and instantly send them out to hundreds of candidates.
