A few months later and from a different provider. Again (for the second time) this device is bad and not working properly. The red fault LED lights up. The green LED indicates that the device is working properly. I checked the two output voltages with my digital multimeter. The device provides only 5 VDC on the 5 VDC output and has no (or very little below 1 VDC) voltage on the 12 VDC output. The device needs to be able to output 5VDC and 12VDC on two outputs for it to work and be useful to me. It's not like my bad original house block doing the same. I need a working unit that outputs 5VDC and 12VDC. Not this device.
