The Fashionable but Flawed Pointed Toe D'Orsay Ballet Flat with Ankle Strap

I was really excited to try out these pointed toe flats from Breckelle's as I had been on the hunt for some fun and fashionable flats that I could wear to work. Upon receiving them, I was pleased with the modern look and the ankle strap detail. However, after wearing them for a full day, I began to notice some discomfort. The flats fit true to size, but the pointed toe design made my feet feel a bit cramped. Additionally, the ankle strap was a bit too tight and left noticeable marks on my skin. While I appreciate the variety of colors that these flats come in, and the affordable price point, I can't say that I would necessarily recommend them for daily wear. If you're looking for a pair of flats to wear for a short period of time, for instance with an outfit for a special event, these may be a good choice. However, if you're planning on walking around for hours on end or wearing them for a full work day, you may want to consider a different flat that offers more comfort and support.

Pros
  • Durable: Constructed with quality materials, these flats are built to last, providing long-lasting wear and durability without sacrificing style or comfort
Cons
  • The diverse color options may not be cohesive with a variety of wardrobes, limiting the versatility of the shoe for certain styles and outfits
