I wish it was just an inch shorter so it fits better in my laptop bag, but I like it. It's smaller than my old one, but still too long. I have an 11 inch laptop and travel a lot. I really like a separate mouse, such boards are a must. Not only does it hold things on any surface, but it also lengthens the planing table just enough to be more useful. I don't mind placing it on surfaces that may be too dirty or wet for my laptop and mouse (I teach sailing). I'm using it right now! Feels a little emptier when the tablet slides either way. It's not a pity. t. You don't have to slide it either way, just rotate it when needed. But it is so. I've had about 5 years with my Logictech but this one seems to be even better built so I'm hoping it will last as long as the Long. Logitech seems more durable because it's not hollow, but I think this one is actually better made. There aren't really many options - just this style and Logitech. I think a more expensive version from Logitech would be better for larger laptops.
