EasyDita has been very helpful in managing my IT service desk tickets using their ticketing system which helps me keep track with all pending requests from clients as well other projects I am working upon at any given time! The interface could be improved but it's not bad either so far since we have only used this software for about 3 weeks now!! Nothing really dislike yet though maybe some minor issues here or there when setting things initially such us adding new users etc., however nothing major just small glitches while initializing everything during setup phase - otherwise no complaints thusfar :) Good tool overall if looking out good management tools especially those who are dealing heavily within an ITSM environment would benefit greatly by implementing one!
